A major cable network is on the hunt for a few grandmothers to battle it out in a fun new Thanksgiving throwdown. The show will be a competition, but in the Holiday spirit. And it’s all going to be lighthearted fun.
From tasty turkey to perfect pumpkin pie, the producers are looking for the most delectable Thanksgiving dinners being dished up by everyone’s favorite — grandmothers!
If you have the wit of Betty White and the skills of Betty Crocker, this is your chance to prove that you make the best Thanksgiving meal in America. Whether you rule the family kitchen or rock in a professional kitchen, apply now.
The show is looking for fun, out-going grandmother’s who love to cook and aren’t afraid of competition! The show will be lighthearted in tone, but it is still a competition. All applicants should be well versed in cooking complete Thanksgiving meals, whether they stay very traditional or mix it up with different dishes and recipes. The producers are open to home chefs, former professional chefs and cooks and current chefs/cooks.
The show is currently casting nation wide. All initial interviews will take place over Skype. Filming is scheduled for August, exact dates are TBD.

In addition, please describe your cooking style, signature dishes, and why you believe you (or your nominee) are perfect for the show.
