Recently a friend introduced me to Yeshi Neumann—a grandmother, midwife, and workshop facilitator. Yeshi is offering a workshop titled “Conscious Grandmothering.” The day-long workshop invites participants to explore their full potential as grandmothers. The workshop is being offered on Saturday, February 13, from 10 am to 5 pm at Yeshi’s home in Muir Beach, CA. The cost for the workshop is on a sliding scale from $99 to $199.
Whether becoming a Grandmother has brought you unbridled delight or heartbreaking disappointment, this lively interactive workshop will guide you on your own journey towards more Conscious Grandmothering.
Workshop Description
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to:
- Bring forward what was of value in your own past experience of being grandmothered.
- Explore your present joys and challenges.
- Develop your intentions for your future as a Conscious Grandmother in your family and in the world.
- Connect with other Grandmothers who have similar and different concerns.
- Gain practical skills, such as how to resolve conflicts that involve cultural and value differences between you and the parents of your grandchildren.
